Founder & President
Shinee Jacobs founded STORM Center of Hope & Service in 2019 and leads its organizational strategy, program development, partnerships and community response. A certified life coach, she is committed to helping Pathfinders strengthen personal agency and navigate the journey from crisis toward stability and emotional wellness.
