Our Cause
Children in Care
According to Sevita, Texas has over 21,000 children in foster care, making it one of the states with the highest number of children in the system. 11,000 of those children are in the DFW area.
Each year, 1200 kids age out of the system upon turning 18, many without a high school diploma, often feeling pushed out without the emotional, financial, or community support they need.
