Who We Are
We are a village of purpose-drive changemakers, united by the belief that every act of support helps someone rise and that together we’re building a stronger future, one life at a time.

Who We Serve
We serve youth and young adults aged 13 to 28, we affectionately call Pathfinders, who are currently in out-of-home placement care or have aged out of the system. Many of these young individuals have few supportive adults they can rely on.
Additionally, we extend services by referral only to those impacted by Child Protective Services (CPS), which intervene in cases of abuse or neglect. Through direct referrals to STORM, these young individuals gain access to vital resources, mentorship, and personalized support, helping them navigate uncertain times while forming meaningful connections that foster growth and stability.
How We Serve
We don’t just react to crises — we help prevent them.
Aging out of foster care should not mean aging out of support. We exist because too many systems fail to walk with young people after 18. We fill the gaps with consistency, care, and community.
