This term reflects their strength, determination, and potential to carve out their own futures. Our programs are designed to equip Pathfinders with the support, skills, and networks needed to transition into independent adulthood with confidence.

To be servant-leaders in our communities by inspiring hope, empowering breakthroughs, and removing barriers to mental and emotional wellness for vulnerable youth and young adults. By bridging the gap between crisis and stability, we advocate for self-sufficiency and well-being.
Whether it is a reassuring conversation, financial help, education, living skills, or simply the assurance that they are not alone, we will make sure that everyone gets support that meets them where they’re at as quickly as possible.
